Singer Taylor Swift and The Night Manager actor Tom Hiddleston are really dating. The news was confirmed by Hiddleston himself, who said their romance isn’t “a publicity stunt.”
Many Swift and Hiddleston fans didn’t believe the two could be dating, as it’s been only several weeks since the Shake It Off singer broke up with DJ-producer Calvin Harris.

Hiddleston spoke with The Hollywood Reporter this week, and it turns out he and Swift are “very happy” together. “Look, the truth is that Taylor Swift and I are together, and we’re very happy,” the Thor actor said. “Thanks for asking. That’s the truth.”
In fact, Hiddleston’s fans were shocked the actor revealed the news during the interview as he has always been very secretive about his private life.
But one of the evidence that the two are indeed dating was that the actor was recently photographed wearing a shirt, which interpreted to be hinting at his romance with the Blank Space singer.
Due to his secrecy when it comes to his love life, Hiddleston has been rumored to be dating a great number of celebrities lately. And the only officially confirmed romance was with actress Susannah Fielding.
Hiddleston and Fielding met on the set of BBC’s Wallander in 2008, but nearly three years later they called it quits.
In 2010, Hiddleston was rumored to be dating Kat Dennings, whom he met on the set of Thor. The rumors emerged after the two were spotted together at Comic-Con. But their romance has never been confirmed.
Jessica Chastain was another actress who was rumored to be dating with Hiddleston. Although the two starred in Crimson Peak in 2015, they reportedly dated in 2013. But, just like in Dennings’ case, their romance has never been confirmed.
And one more rumored romance was with Lara Pulver. Back in 2013, the media was convinced the two were dating after they had reportedly been spotted together having a dinner.

From Taylor Swift’s romance side, meanwhile, her fans are keeping their eye on her ex-boyfriend DJ Calvin Harris’ Twitter account. It’s interesting because Swift and Harris were on friendly terms after they broke up, sharing and re-tweeting a touching tweet written by Harris.

But after the rumors about Swift and Hiddleston emerged, Harris deleted the tweet. However, one of Harris’ recent tweets were about Swift. But the tweet was kept to strictly business, it appeared.
According to Swift’s reps, the Shake It Off singer wrote the song This Is What You Came For for Rihanna and Harris under the name of Nils Sjoberg. Harris then confirmed the news, thanking Swift for her contribution to making the hit song happen.
Harris did thank Swift for being an “amazing lyric writer” and saying she “smashed it as usual,” but the DJ-producer then revealed that he deserves more credit for the hit song.
“I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals though. And initially she wanted it kept secret, hence the pseudonym,” Harris wrote. “Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though.”
And then came a tweet about Swift’s current personal life. In the tweet, Harris said that his ex-girlfriend, if she is truly happy in her new romance with Hiddleston, should focus on that relationship instead of “trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do.”
“I know you’re off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I’m not that guy, sorry. I won’t allow it.”
